Visited their office at 1681 Eagle Harbor Pky on 4/8/21.. Paid a previous bill and was told specifically after my clarification that the visit would not cost me anything due to the fact that I had reached my deductibles. This was by their receptionist so I proceeded with my visit. Now they send me a bill for $143.00! Their doctor on 12/26/20 visited me in the Orange Park Med center and generated the first bill with no approval from myself. Fact is I was still very confused from my head on accident!
