This was my first experience using a professional rug cleaning service, and it definitely won’t be my last. I appreciated how carefully my rug was handled from pickup to delivery. I used this company for viscose rug cleaning after reading many horror stories online about viscose rugs being ruined by improper washing. My rug had several stains from drinks and heavy flattening from furniture. The technicians seemed very experienced with delicate materials and explained how viscose requires a completely different cleaning process than Wool or silk rugs. Was a bit nervous about getting my silk rug cleaned, but it turned out fine. It still feels soft and delicate, just cleaner. That was my main concern going in. The silk rug cleaning didn’t damage anything, which is exactly what I wanted.

The wool on my antique Pakistani rug looked noticeably soft after their antique rug cleaning process. They explained everything during pickup, took it to their factory, and returned it with the woven structure intact and the hand-knotted sections looking much more defined.
