Last service was very bad, missed a window, didn't do screens as requested, streaks and spots on windows. I contacted them and they insisted in sending out the person who did a poor job a second time, I said no thanks, could you give a credit instead. They offered me a 1% discount, after spending over $1k with them. I won't be using them again.
