Horrible costumer service very careless with their work
Horrible service, does not care about customers
DO NOT take any car that you actually care about to First Class Tire in Clio. They changed my husband's two rear tires on his Corvette that he takes so much pride and detail in and completely destroyed his wheels. These wheels look like they were beat with a crow bar. They were flawless before he went there. They gave Ryan the owner's number and he won't respond to Ryan's messages. They have admitted fault but clearly aren't planning on making this right.
Customer service is horrible.
i have been there two times fir a used tire they say is a good tire and there not they se crappy used tires
Got two front tires two weeks ago. This morning on my way to work my tire jugs all broke off and my tire went flying. Damage to my hub of course n to my control arm. 465$ to repair. I trusted them to fix me up good like they had in the passed. No way should a tire just break off like that right after getting them done. Call them to see about them covering repairs and got the run around.

Everywhere in Genesee & Saginaw County had a 5-6 hour wait and they were all stupid expensive to get two tires mounted and balanced. First class had them mounted and balanced in 10 minutes flat and they only charged me 10 bucks per tire. This place permanently has my business.
10/10. I saved $150+ compared to Walmart’s BS pricing.
