Post snow storm - city uses this company to plow and spread salt. In the last hour this company's trucks have been down our street 11 times - not actually plowing (our street is clear) and not laying salt (I went out twice and can see from my office). While I appreciate the help of businesses and the city to maintain the roads and help, this seems like an abuse of the system and I'm sure they are invoicing the city for work they aren't doing at this point. We bought a house and the people who were selling chose the company. Since the beginning of June they were suppose to work on our roof. They did not come until the 22nd of July. It is June 27th and they still need to return to finish. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. One of the guys bragged about picking up works at the ABC store. They also left the yard a mess. We don’t smoke and there were cigarette butts and trash all over.
I have used First Class Roofing 3 times now and have been very satisfied with the work. Great job and great pricing.
