Quick and easy. Love these guys.
Amazing customer service and friendly staff, they were able to accommodate us for 2 jet skis at the last second instead of the one we reserved! They go above and beyond in making sure the customer is taken care of! Excellent communication, and their equipment is well maintained and operates perfectly! Rented 2 SeaDoos to go to Powell and it was a great experience, machines ran like a champ with no issues and they were supper easy to work with. We will definitely be renting from them again.
I'll start off by saying that I really hate to post reviews trashing a business, but I feel like they have earned this rating/review by treating me like a dispensible customer, whom which if they ignore long enough they are hoping that I just go away. My rental was back in January, so I've given them ample time to make things right by me, but i just can not get them to follow through on any commitments/ promises they have made with me.
