He was professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every detail was perfect. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the final result turned out even better than we imagined. John came out and gave us an estimate on remarciting our pool. He was very responsive at first. We were looking forward to working with him. He even recommend an electrician to come out to our house to fix some of our timers and they did an excellent job. It's been 3 months. He's been blowing us off- never giving us a date when he can start. I even asked him if we should find somebody else if he was too busy but he said he would get back to me. Very disappointing. We really had high hopes but not surprised....
