I had a leak from the vent in my bedroom ceiling in my condo. My Condo Association contacted Mike from First Plumbing to come out after hours, but he repeatedly gave reasons why there was no point in them coming tonight. First, he claimed it was a roof issue that they wouldn’t be able to fix. However, this is a condo, and I am in the bottom unit, while the top unit has no leaks. Had neutral experiences and no problem up until they added this bright and super distracting LED TV sign advertising random things. They put it right up next to a big, busy and rather dangerous highway. I don't get how people see their profit more important than people while they drive. They're forcing their presence into our faces, there used to be a different LCD sign for a pest control place next-door that just told you the time and temperature, which was actually thoughtful and not dangerous!
