My experience was unprofessional & i have a disability & the female worker mock my speech language. The male worker was impatient with me I’m a stroke survivor & they over charge me for a fill. They charged me $70-$85 instead the typical $55-$60 charge of a fill. Taking advantage of disability customers. They need to be occasional moderated by the law for their treatment of, unprofessionalism, over charging & mocking experience some customers deal with a true disrespectful experience then be charged for … Smh
I had a set of nails on I just needed a fill she put other chemicals on top of my nails and my nails look very bulky and very nasty they are very ugly for this being my first time ever going I see why I never went they are very unprofessional and unsanitary nobody is never at the front when I go , I will never go there again .
I've been here 3 times now, and it'll be my last. Reason being is the customer service .The lady did my nails nicely, but she seemed very angry and was abrupt. I don't want to be treated like I'm a bother when I'm paying for service.
They are very unsanitary! They refuse the same tools to clean your feet on everyone’s feet! The guy that works here literally took the sponge he scrubbed my feet with, washed it out in my feet water and put it back in the container. No fresh tools here! They also do not do callus removal! I got a pedicure and the bottom of my feet was not taken care of as it should! I asked him T remove my callus and was told no! They don’t know how to do designs and there’s mold in the chairs. Polish was to thick and had not dried in 6 hours on the 2 big toes. Went back for repair very rude and blamed me . Very rude and unprofessional . I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
