Frank was very professional and inspected the property with care and in a very timely manner. He was able to accept the job at a pretty early date unlike others we had called. His prices were fair and Frank went above and beyond to advise us on how to handle any problems he had found. I would gladly use him again, and will recommend his services to others.
The gentleman came out to inspect the roof, but stated that it was too high for him to do so. We had previously discussed the roof and I had provided him with the address. It would have been appreciated if he had informed me prior to the job that he would not be able to inspect the roof. After the inspection, I was informed by someone at the company that roof inspections are not part of a standard home inspection. He then told me he had looked at the garage roof from my second floor and that it looked good.
Mr. Cade was VERY responsive. He was at our home within 30 minutes of our call. The inspection was thorough and our report was very quick. I would highly recommend his services.
Frank Cade was super kind, throughout, and knowledgeable. His report came back quick, and included everything we needed to know to make the best decision possible.
