This is for anybody looking for a RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY AC and heating repairs or installation!!! Ray came out to my house a few years ago (2022) to do a brand new AC/HEATING installation. They did an excellent job with the installation and everything on time, even though this was during summer and over 100° heat. Went through them because my home owners insurance was contracted with them. They put a brand new unit outside my home and its been working great for 9 months. Lately, the unit makes a lot of noise when its on and makes a loud growling noise when it turns off. Called First class to come check it out. We played phone tag for about a week and finally Ray calls me and says yea its prob the fan going bad. We charge $300 to change it. We have had the opportunity to use First Class on 2 occasions over the past 12 months.
