I’ve been coming to First Class Salon for a few years now and always feel so welcomed and taken care of. I book all of my appointments with Marbella since I started going there, as one of my friends recommended her to me (now I recommend Marbella to all of my friends as well) she’s very professional, extremely kind and so fun to talk to!! I went in for color and I wasn't happy with the results.
I’ve been coming to this salon for the past couple years and can’t say enough good things about the services I’ve received. I come every few months primarily to get my roots colored and a blow dry. I’ve had services done with multiple stylists and they are all very friendly and great at what they do! They are mostly Spanish speaking but as an English speaker I’ve never had a problem communicating with anyone at the salon.
I got a nice haircut and blowdry. However, the atmosphere at this salon didn’t make me feel comfortable. There are several people working there who don’t even say “hi”, I felt kinda ignored when I arrived, and they only speak Spanish with the exception of the owner.
