had a good experience here in 2021, so I recently went back when my car was hit again. Was pretty disappointed in their work the second time around.
Tino is the best and very helpful. I was on hold with Enterprise for 20 minutes. He knew someone there and called them directly to pick me up for my rental car.

Dominic and team were great. Had a claim filed through Progressive and they were top recommended. Took about a week to complete work but mainly because they had to wait on some parts to come in. Looks like my car wasn’t even damaged, and they washed and thoroughly vacuumed my car! Highly recommend.
Terrible service, we took the car because it was recommended by a friend of his who works at BMW San Antonio to fix a small paint damage on the hood, and the work was very poorly done. They left the car with paint spots, and the manager claimed it was tree sap stains even though it's always kept in the garage. Not to mention, we had to take it in several times, and they damaged the hood emblem. Terrible service!"
