I'm a little late posting this...I had an excellent experience with First Class Collision Center in December 2024 after being involved in a fender bender. A mutual friend highly recommended Dominique and his team, and I'm so glad I took their advice. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. Dominic and team were great. Had a claim filed through Progressive and they were top recommended. Took about a week to complete work but mainly because they had to wait on some parts to come in. Looks like my car wasn’t even damaged, and they washed and thoroughly vacuumed my car! Highly recommend.
Terrible service, we took the car because it was recommended by a friend of his who works at BMW San Antonio to fix a small paint damage on the hood, and the work was very poorly done. They left the car with paint spots, and the manager claimed it was tree sap stains even though it's always kept in the garage. Not to mention, we had to take it in several times, and they damaged the hood emblem. Terrible service!"
