great carpet cleaning service at a really good price! bryson was a stand-up guy who made me feel comfortable having him in my home, even with kids, pets, and being about to have a baby. he went above and beyond. there was a little mix-up with the schedule, but he was very apologetic and made up for it by doing an amazing job when he came out to dallas. he cleaned our microfiber sectional, rocking chair, and some very dirty carpets. they look way better than i ever expected. will definitely use this service again and recommen... read more
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I was quoted $247 after explaining my main concern was pet odor. The rep claimed the technician would assess if pet solution was needed. The moment the tech arrived, without even starting, he immediately upsold me to $500, claiming I had to get the pet solution — something I already told them I needed when I booked! I want to give a big thank you to First Class Carpet Service. I hadn't cleaned my carpets for a long time because the last company I used didn't do a good job. I heard this company used a different method, so I read about their process and set up an appointment. Wow—my carpets look amazing, even the basement where my dog had some accidents. Bryson treated the pet stains before cleaning, and now all the odors and spots are gone! I highly recommend their carpet cleaning service!
i’ve used First Class Carpet Service for my boss’s carpet cleaning needs for a while now in dallas. they have cleaned different area rugs and wall-to-wall carpets throughout the house several times, especially after our new puppy had some accidents! every time, the team did an amazing job and left our rugs looking fresh and like new. preston is always really friendly and quick to respond, making the whole process simple and stress free. i would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning!
