They should really be careful who they hire to drive I took a cab from The Children Hospital in 168th Street and Broadway to 207st which was not equal to $15 I usually pay from $9 maximum $12 I asked the cab driver why is he charging me so much money and he started calling me out of my name in front of my my young daughter telling my daughter that he feels sorry for her for having a mother like me when all I did was ask a simple question he started driving reckless to my destination once I reach my destination he started cur... read more

when planet when planning my first trip with first class I asked if I could be provided with a English-speaking driver and I was told most definitely I could be accommodated. my first two trips that was not the case I had drivers that I could not communicate with I called back to the dispatcher and told them that it was a special request prior to making my reservations and I was told that I do not need to speak to the drivers to just get in the car and that's it . Excellent car service with puntual and clean drivers with a great city knowledge. They have one of the greatest apps and prices are reasonable, will recommend it 100%
Scheduled a pick up, waited over 30 mins NO one showed up. No phone call/text or email. Very poor service. Left a comment on the facebook page and it was deleted right after I left it. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Whats the point of having a app or online service if you don't show up for your customers. -1 rating. will report on yelp and every other site about this company.
