I don’t like leaving poor reviews, but I have tried to give this place a chance many times over the past year and service has declined terribly. Today for example, I showed up at 3:00 and there is a handwritten sign on their doors that says “closed”. Several other times I have been waiting in line (45 min to 1 hr) for the doors to open with employees working inside (eventually one or both sides will be empty) and not one single form of communication or acknowledgment that I am there waiting. Do not get car repair at First Class Car Care. They put a new transmission in our Nissan but did not fill it with enough transmission fluid. The car is now not driveable, and the warranty on the transmission is voided due to them not putting in enough fluid. Neither the mechanic nor the owner will take responsibility for their error. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!
Sign says they open at 8:30am, guess what, no one is here. It’s almost 9:00am now and still no one is here. This business isn’t very reliable apparently.
Always friendly, and excellent service. I definitely recommend First Class Car Care!
Been taking our vehicles here for years. Fast, convenient and friendly service! And if you don't have time to wait, they'll drop you off and service your vehicle while you work. In our case, we prepay and pick the vehicle up after work, which is well after hours.
You need to fix your machines or close down geez.
