Worst customer service! If I could give zero stars I would. Called Marvin to let him know we would be making the drive almost 2 hours away to purchase a truck (had cash in hand). He then proceeded to run his mouth so I told him no worries and hung up. Marvin then called me back and proceeds to cuss me out and tell me if I’m not going to buy and just test drive to not bring my a** up there. This is what a car salesman does?
Polite and friendly, easy to deal with
I live in Texas but I made the trip to First Class Autos after finding a used Subaru for sale there at a reasonable price. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the way I was greeted walking in the door, nothing like that southern hospitality! Barry made the buying process fun and communicated everything clearly the whole way through. The car made it all the way back to Texas without any issues! I love my old Subaru and I lucked out finding such a great deal closer to me than the East Coast.
Only place I ever seen with a $400 down sticker but want $500
