Ray and Ron and the whole team truly care about their customers, you can tell. It's a neighborhood garage in South Scottsdale that clearly wants to be a trusted source of repair for the family vehicles over the years. Total find.
I broke down right next door to the shop (lucky) and Ray was quick to help me out right on the spot! He even got my battery charged enough to get my car next door to his shop. He was very friendly and helpful!! I would 100% recommend First Class Auto Service to any of my friends/coworkers.

This place gets FIVE STARSHIP every time. We bring all our commercial vehicles here. We at least the ones not under new vehicle warranty service from dealership. But will be bringing them here as well. Very friendly. Very honest. Very reasonable. Would send my own grandma here!!!! Very fast and always on time!!
I am a driver for a sedan company. I dropped off a customer at this location for her to get her car. To access this garage you have to enter it through an alley way. I pulled in there, and dropped her off. I had to back out to leave this faculty. I backed out ,then pulled forward. A car pulled in the alley way ,and pointed with his finger, he wanted to go the direction I just came from. I in turn point the direction I wanted to go. He Flew out off his car, like some bully.
