Service is very disappointing! Communication is terrible and they will keep your car longer than expected! Don’t go here!
I’m posting this to warn others about my experience. I dropped off the vehicle on August 12th for a new transmission. I was told it would take no more than max 2 weeks to finish. The shop ended up keeping the car for 10 weeks! During that time: •Communication was infrequent and inconsistent. I was often given vague or changing timelines. • I was not shown supporting documentation, estimates, parts lists, or repair photos. And was not given any updates on the car. DO NOT GO HERE!! We brought our car to First Class Auto Repair on August 15 2025 for a new transmission. We were told it would be no longer than a week for them to fix. The shop ended up keeping the car for 10 weeks and provided little to no communication. They repeatedly delayed completion, gave confusing explanations, and refused to offer fair compensation for the excessive delay. This has caused major inconveniences and extra expenses for my family. Waiting months for a repair without clear communication or accountability is completely unacceptable. I would advise anyone to avoid this business and instead choose a shop that respects its customers and stands behind its commitments.
