First Class Auto Glass NC was extremely friendly and helped me quickly with a windshield replacement. The staff was prompt, the shop was clean and well organized, and they explained the process clearly. I appreciated the helpful advice on chip repair and the quality of the auto glass work. I left feeling confident and will definitely return for any future auto glass repair.

Update: Keith admitted his front desk person didn’t know how to handle the situation so purposefully quit answering the phone. My last call was her telling me Keith said he could come back out that day - I said yes please send him. This was at 9:30-10am. He never showed and texted me at 10pm that night saying his phone went dead all day… the rest of the day… Keith also told me he would call me the next day and talk to me about what happened - he decided to send an email instead at 5pm the next day. I will remove my review and not take further action if someone contacts me to remedy this situation. Keith came out this morning and did a horrible job on my windshield replacement and damaged my car. He told the lady at the front desk he would come back out and he never did and now none of them will answer their phones or respond even though my texts to him show as read. He got globs of black glue on the inside right of my windshield which was a very sloppy job to the point the inside trim that was damaged doesn’t even fit ... read more
