RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There's not enough space here to explain just how horribly I was treated here. I left reviews on Yelp and ******* I was told by ***** that it would take "about two weeks". They had my car for 5 weeks. ***** and 2 other employees left, but ******* wouldn't take responsibility for what I was told my *****. First Class Auto Body provided me with a rental car of their own. The insurance company would not pay for an SUV and I am used to driving an SUV. First Class Auto Body loaned me a Honda Pilot which was a pleasure to drive. they told me not to worry about the couple days that the insurance company wasn't going to pay for it. they were so very very polite and thoughtful. Great place! Friendly and very professional, I new exactly what was going on with my car. They kept me updated with issues and worked well with the insurance company.
All around great place. They knew answers to all my questions (first time accident). Told me how to proceed and everything worked out great. They dealt with the insurance and everything else. My car was done way before I thought it would be and I drove off like nothing happened. Thank you all!
