Quite unhappy so far. Took 4 weeks to obtain the parts for my repair. When the tech arrived, the two parts that were ordered were incompatible with each other. Folks, this is what you do - there's no reason for this kind of sloppiness. But they're a subcontractor for a warranty provider - I am mostly stuck with them. But I've been without a working refrigerator for almost a month.
Horrible! Installed a new hood to replace an old one that had minor scratches. While installing new hood the installer made scratches and a dent in that hood. New hood looks worse then original! Then they refuse to make it right and insist I call a different company to get it repaired. Tried to reach out to manager who didn’t even respond to my email. Do not use this company!!!

I called First Class to set and appt. Another companies had availability in 3 days. They told me there was a tech in my area and he can be there in 2 hours. The technician was very polite and clean and he explained me everything to keep care of my appliances, and he fixed it right away. I would recommend them all the time
I manage a multi unit property and needed help right away. First Class sent a technician same day. Luckily , the technician came prepared with the right replacements parts. Very professional service and fair prices. Would definitely recommend them to fellow property managers.
