Joseph/Sheryl were a pleasure to work with and gave us a great SUV when we were in a bind with no rentals available in the entire St Thomas island. Highly recommend. Inexpensive, friendly and local.
This rental car has the worst customer service. The people who answers the phone are very unprofessional and rude. I had some trouble connecting to the call. The call could not connect. Fantastic place to bay a beautiful car.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I began speaking to Renan in early Feb to book a luxury SUV for the last week in March. I emailed back and forth with him, sent in the documents requested with credit card info, pick up & drop off locations. I had to reach out and ask for a confirmation and no reply. Several phone calls and emails and 4 days before the rental date...they bail. They said I never got a confirmation.
