442 S Alta Street, Apt 12 in Gonzales, California 93926 is infested with cockroaches and a tad of mold but they tried to cover it by painting over it. A plethora of neighbors also informed me that their units had cockroaches and mold. The bathroom fan never functioned. The shower head is cracked and the toilet is malfunctioning. Friendly. Nice clean apartment. Yet don't respond promptly to emergency water leaks constantly. 4 times over the stove from upstairs. Doesn't seem to be an emergency to them. 2 weeks to respond to a clogged bath sink and running toilet. Causing hundreds in water bills. Now clogged sink and leak under sink. Yet it is on day three without help. My son is suffering constantly with leaks and plumbing issues.
