Booked the first flight of the day. I got there 45 minutes early. No one showed up. About 10 minutes before the planned flight someone texted me that we can't fly because of the wind. Which I totally understand happens. I called the number and explained we will stay in the area. As soon the wind clears up please call me and I will be back in 15 minutes. I will not go far. My pilot was Michael. I had some initial questions the day before that were promptly addressed. When I got there I was taken care of in a timely manner and Michael was a true professional the entire time. Explaining how everything works, what was going to happen. I was nervous (first timer) but completely put at ease. It's a safe and polished operation, that gives you the freedom to relax and enjoy it still. And what sights!
