My pilot was Michael. I had some initial questions the day before that were promptly addressed. When I got there I was taken care of in a timely manner and Michael was a true professional the entire time. Explaining how everything works, what was going to happen. An unforgettable experience! My helicopter tour with Fly Heli St. Augustine was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The pilot Michael was welcoming and professional, and was knowledgeable and made us feel completely at ease. We chose the Old City Tour and the views were breathtaking—flying over the lighthouse, Castillo de San Marcos, and the shoreline was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
