My experience today with Dr. Charles Jr. and his staff was absolutely amazing. I emailed the office around 7am had a call back by 8:20. Was sitting in the chair by 10:45, out by 11. So glad I chose First City Dental Group with my issues.
5-star experience from start to finish! The office is spotless, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and prompt. Ella was wonderful! Dr. Stamitoles Jr is meticulous, knowledgeable, and provided excellent care. I felt like a priority, not just another patient. So happy to finally find a great dentist office!
The staff, Kelly, and Fae were so kind and helpful from the minute I walked in. Dr. Stamitoles Jr. made me feel comfortable during my cleaning and was very informative.
I trusted this dentist's father with a crown procedure, and it turned into a dental nightmare. Not only was the crown poorly fitted, but it had open margins--a basic error that any competent dentist should catch. My new provider was shocked, pointing out that the crown was never properly sealed, leaving a gap between the crown and my natural tooth. I had no pain very gentle dentist. I was very nervous at first. I had bad past dental experiences that have caused me to be very nervous at the dentist. Dr. Stamitoles calmed me down and took out my tooth without Any pain :) highly recommend going to see him!
