We have been with FCCU for 34 years, since 1989. We have known Laura Jimenez since then. She has been professional, very friendly, helpful, looks out for our best interest, makes financial recommendations, easy to talk to, attentive and other qualities we don't think are common with other bankers. Ms. Jimenez has provided that stability rather than having to deal with a new person every so often. Romano and Miriam give excellent customer service. They made it very easy to get my auto loan and help assist in getting it paid automatically every month. For any future auto loans, I will definitely be coming back to them.
