They are the best branch you have. I have always been happy dealing with the people and the professionalism from the Ladies there. I feel the trust that I should feel at some of your other branches.
These moronic dimwits can't tell their back sides from a whole in the ground, losing deposits seem to be their specialty, steer clear of this place to avoid a lot of time and trouble and avoid it like the plague!

They are always very informative regarding your monies, whether it be savings accounts, investments, card fraud, etc. So happy to be apart of this family. Easy to confide in them my personal problems so as to best help me with my finances and making money from it!
I have never been treated so poorly in my life , this is where my husband and I bank I went to our bank our branch to be treated like a piece of garbage the teller was so rude I was in shock . I walked outside to calm down and think if this really just happened did a teller just be so rude to me that I was in shock. I walked back in to ask to speak to a manager to complain but he was not in I was told he was at the DMV and wouldn't be back for hours. I've been with First Citizens with the 2 business that I am co-owner of in Greenville for many years. For a bank that was founded on "helping small businesses grow and suceed" they are quite comical since they are not helpful at all. A bank should partner with a business to help and work with them. I plan on submitting a complaint to the FTC and am considering a lawsuit for unfair business practices by this branch. They have broken the law and have besmirched the text of the RCC. They withhold certified funds to further their bottom line for their end of the year bonuses. This has caused my family great financial harm, has caused my bills to be late and has ruined Christmas. As soon as my funds are available, I WILL be transferring my account. I will be gone, but not forgotten. Thanks Brett.
BEWARE WARNING: First Citizens Bank notified me today that if I do business with a company and that company uses my card with fake charges I cannot file a charge back. REASON: Because I did business with the company in the past. It does not matter if they screwed me over. RESULT: First Citizen says you will not be protected due to a company scamming you if you paid them. Poor protection. Now to find a new bank. If you are an ethnic minority or not part of upper middle class or above, do not go to this bank to do your banking. They are bias and treat people of lower classes or ethnic classes the worst.
