My company recently switched banks, and boy do I lament having to go into this building. Upon my first visit I was "helped" by a female supervisors (Rhonda?). I was informed that I needed an ID to make a deposit. I had questions that were rudely answered, I figured I'd just wait until next time. Next time rolls around and I take the deposits to the bank (with ID in hand) and am helped by a man. last month i went in the morning, i had a deposit slip filled out with my cash. i went inside and handed it to the the lady, she said she needed my id. she said we are required to see an id when making a cash deposit. and i was new to this bank because i just created a account so i didn’t know. so i gave her my id. then the following week i went and the man helped me because the lady was busy. i did another cash deposit with my deposit filled out. he did not asked to see my id. and in my other bank they do not ask for my id,... read more

In-person services great. On the phone no one ever answers. And it's just an endless loop of if you'd like to speak with someone press this rings and then goes right back and start over.
