stop asking irrelevant and personal questions. branch manager is ignorant and non-responsive sitting behind the teller and not coming over to help despite hearing conversations. none of you would last a day in the big banks where transactions are done in seconds over thousands of dollars with a swipe of an atm card and pin. Janice Azsren is rude and seems to have a lack of care for African-American and Latino people. I visited the bank today to cash a check from a client who has been there many times without any issues. However, before I could even sit down, she asked, "Hey, what do you want?" I greeted her, saying, "Hi, how are you? I’m here to cash a check." All the staff at this bank are really good employees and they served me very well.
A trusted friend told me about this bank - - Mom and I switched from Wells Fargo after decades, due to endless months/years of fraud issues happening to 2 accounts, even when closing and switching. So happy we did! And I agree with prior review of Sandra - she is amazingly kind and helpful, and makes us feel like friends! Glad we switched!
First Citizens Bank actually bought my bank (One West) in 2023. I've never stepped foot inside, but have used the Online Banking and have had nothing by praise. Everything is acurate and I'm happy so far. If it was not there, I would close my 3 accounts that I have had for 35+ years
