I recently visited First Citizens Bank to get three cashier’s checks, and unfortunately the customer service I received from the supervisor, Melissa, was very disappointing. She handed me the checks and simply left the envelope and paperwork on the table, expecting me to put everything together myself. There was no respect, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy. I have been using this bank at this branch since its inception in 1997! Many old staff have gone. I have been working with Melissa at this location over 10+ years and she is exceptional in providing excellent banking services all the time.

I do not recommend that you do business with First Citizens Bank. I had a very disappointing and surprising experience. I was told that they could save me money on my credit card processing fees. At that point, my merchant provider fees were $35 a month plus client credit card usage. After signing on with First Citizens, my fees more than doubled to $75 a month plus client credit card usage.
