If I could leave zero I would. I’ve been an account holder for many many years and never had service like today they clearly seen me standing there and they tried to help someone els and once I went up he had an attitude even when I was saying thank you and being kind he kept giving me attitude. Never coming back to this branch again.

I’ve made multiple attempts to open a business account with this bank and each time I’ve spoken to someone, I was told a manager would follow up with me—yet no one ever did. The communication has been poor, and the lack of follow-through is extremely disappointing.
