If I could leave zero I would. I’ve been an account holder for many many years and never had service like today they clearly seen me standing there and they tried to help someone els and once I went up he had an attitude even when I was saying thank you and being kind he kept giving me attitude. Never coming back to this branch again.

I’ve made multiple attempts to open a business account with this bank and each time I’ve spoken to someone, I was told a manager would follow up with me—yet no one ever did. The communication has been poor, and the lack of follow-through is extremely disappointing. Poor customer service… Since to me the manager and workers do not interested in customers.
Horrible Waited 10 minutes with an empty bank Manager standing up having a personal conversation and makes acknowledgment after 5 mins. Reminder empty bank and she wasn’t busy with anyone.
Poor costumer service…even when they are clearly wrong they will not admit it… manager Brenda Macias is the worst…they don’t care about you as a client at all… argumentative and rude….
