All these reviews are from when they started and opened up with One west which on my behalf is when I initially opened my bank account and the young lady who helped me was named Jessie anyways since this bank changed to First Citizens and they started doing maintenance and you cannot log in i notices that they steal money and with hold money and charge you fees for the mistakes they do and than the money they hold is not all placed back in your bank account please start checking your bank accounts during maintenance and the ... read more
