Non-competitive interest rates, nickel and dime fees, inept customer service. They gave me an incorrect 1099. I immediately notified them that I needed a corrected one. Took them nearly one month to get corrected 1099 to me. Just days before I had to file my tax return.

Got a HELOC with these guys, went great. They systematically block you from accessing funds in every way imaginable. Transfer? It will take 7 days and that amount will count against your daily transfer that entire time. They will structure funds to make sure your limits are over to prevent money leaving the account. I've spent hours this week on the phone with them. They will place your account on hold trying to use Zelle to send money to yourself. DO NOT USE THEM. Phone support is horrible.
