Always friendly service from an awesome staff
It is with great sorrow that I make this comment. Because I have been a client of First Citizens Bank for several years now. However, in recent times, it feels as though they’ve lost respect for clients, who have entrusts them with the safety of their hard earned money. On March 27th, 2024, this institution, let Hertz withdraw $1,567.44 that wasn’t owed to them, in any way, shape, form, or fashion.
