Lisa, the personal banker, terrible customer service I’m a current member of First Citizens Bank and recently called in to inquire about a credit card. No 24 hour ATM, closed due to plumbing issues no notice. Unable to make deposits. Now, have to drive several miles in traffic to find one
I just recently open an account with this bank.I’ll be recommending to everyone. The branch on rainbow drive is exactly what great customer service is. From the security all the way to the manager Lisa was amazing. Thank you guys for being a great example of what we the customer need . Some of the best service I’ve had in years.
Everytime i come in Decatur branch I truly feel special. I have been with First Citizens since they were Best Bank and no matter what i have to do i always go to the decatur branch for the best banking experience!!. All the associates are A1!!!.... Miss Lisa (bank manager) is the best!!!!
