I would give more stars if allowed! We wanted to open an account for my 14 year old son. We tried at a chain and were told they couldn't because of bank policies (even with a birth certificate and ss card). A friend told us about First Citizens and connected us with Natasha. She opened an account for my son that day (free checking) and also told us that they offer FREE business accounts (with e-statements). We will be transitioning our business banking to them shortly.
