I opened my account while in North Carolina as it's the biggest bank there. Luckily a Branch is in my area. I love, love the Staff. It's why I stay with them. However, I wish they had an ATM at this location. It is so inconvenient to drive to Laguna Hills.

First Citizens used to be a decent place to bank. Before the move to this current address from just up the street on Crown Valley, the people were kind, friendly, always greeted you by name despite seldom visits, etc. Now it's just a cavernous slab of marble with two straight faced, lack luster "people" sitting 50 feet from the front door who avoid eye contact.
