Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They have an attitude that they are more important than their customers. I had an appointment set for 930 am on 7/11 with Stacy. She finally came out at 945. Then she spent 10 more minutes preparing the paperwork.
Every one else was cool but Only one rude person I had problems with cashing checks always give me a hard time, sure she seen me every week but still insist on pursuing not in anyway cashing my check that sent me to bank of America for my banking needs so this branch needs to get rid of a racist teller just my experience dealing with this branch
