Do not recommend at all
I just had a bad experience with the Simpsonville First Citizens Bank that I feel I have to share. I tried to call this morning on Friday, December 1st. The customer care line did not pick up my call and there was no way to leave a voicemail so I called the teller line to ask if I could talk to someone in customer care or get a call back. She transferred me to that line and it rang off the hook. I called back and she hung up on me. I called 5 more times because I need this issue fixed and 5 times she hung up on me.
