I came in to cash a check today (4/16/2024). The check I had is with first citizens Bank(The company Banks with them). I've cashed a check like that before, except at another location in Greenville. So Mrs. Sharon looking typing stuff in the computer, I've been standing there almost 5min (I'm on a break mind you). Then she's like I need to call and verify. Call and verify what? The staff here has been generally nice, with the exception of one person by the name of "Dora". Avoid this employee and you should be fine
I walked into a physical bank branch after several months, and was extremely pleased by the customer service at this location of First Citizens on Woodruff Rd. Right from acknowledging your entry to taking care of the reason for your visit. The staff here is courteous and friendly. So I trusted them with my money !! Will do business with them again.
