African American teller is extremely rude and unprofessional. The branch manager isn't professional nor helpful or understanding. I have never experienced the terrible service I received here at any other location but it explains why they are never busy.
Super friendly and professional. So glad for open my business account there.
I'm only giving 5 stars because of the customer service. The bank overall needs to catch up with the times. Lol. If it werent for the customer service, I'd say 2 stars.
