I do not like this branch at this location. The ladies are so mean and have such bad attitudes I just can't get over it.... Hope they get better staff because they just ran a loyal costumer to a new bank
I came here with all intentions of getting an account but after speaking to Nicole Wilson I no longer choose to bank here.. she was aggressive, aggravated, and short with me from the time I walked up. Not informative when I clearly stated that I wanted to do an account here.. and when told that she was being short with me she continued just to stare at me blankly with huge eyes being very condescending and rude
I visited this branch with my wife today to make some deposits. We were treated with passive aggressive behavior and a dismissive attitude. I do not believe that is how loyal customers should be treated.
The worst bank I have deal with! They charge my business account 36 ×7 cuz someone try to charge my account but I didn't had enough money So they didn't let them charge my account for 60 $ but cuz they try a few time now I need to pay 250 without even the original charge If you want peace of mind there is bank of America down the road open there or any other bank and you'll save alot of money and troubles They dont care about your money they care to take your money Also the manager there not nice at all
Highly recommend John Irimescu at the downtown Summerville branch. He helped me with a balance transfer and was tireless in relent to help me with a problem. Love this branch and have been thrilled with the bank.
