Went to the bank to get some money out because you can only take a certain amount out at the teller. When I got to the drive-through window, I gave the lady my card and my ID then she proceeds to tell me the person on the ID isn’t me. I told her how was that possible? She told me I don’t look the same so then she goes to ask me my mother’s maiden name. First Citizens is THE WORST bank. There are tons of hidden fees and getting help on the phone takes an act of Congress. DO NOT bank here or get any loans through this bank
Worst trash banking company they will rob you blind with overdraft fees that you are not supposed to get and lie to you about changes they do not make. DO NOT BANK HERE
