3pm on a Monday and they are short staffed with no one in Leadership to talk to about my money market account. Terrible customer service to tell me to call someone or come back. Monday and Friday at all banks are peak days. Do better if you want to keep my business.
Cashed checks written from this bank chain in 4 different branches, including this one once. Today, however, she added an 8 dollar fee, and said it was protocol for those without an account here. I called the Summerville branch before going to any of the branches, and they said no issues if written from there. And there were no fees charged until today, she was adding the fee.
