I can’t say enough great things about the staff there, Brenda Brooker in particular. She helped us through the mortgage loan process as our processor and she has been fantastic. She is easy to get ahold of, and communicated everything to us in an extremely timely manner to help us through the approval process. My husband has always used First Citizens, and now I am starting the process of changing banks thanks to the outstanding service FCB has given us!
