Incredibly irresponsible dealership. I went in to test drive a truck on a Tuesday and they discovered the keys were missing. New keys had to be ordered, so the GM authorized the truck to be placed on HOLD without a deposit, as a courtesy. The HOLD placard was put in the window. I called and texted on Wednesday and was told they keys would not be in until Friday, since Thursday was Jan 1st and they would be closed. The service department is terrible my vehicle was towed in over a month ago with battery issue and is still not repaired. My calls do not get returned I have a tow truck on the way to move my vehicle to a repair shop that can handle a battery issue.
I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and requested a tire rotation, including rotating the 5th wheel (which is standard for a Jeep). I was told this would be no problem and would take about an hour. My appointment was at 3:30 PM on a Friday. At 5:09 PM, I received a voicemail saying my Jeep was ready—but the dealership was now closed and I could pick it up Saturday. That was not acceptable, as I work Saturdays. I don’t think you could find a worse dealership to do business with in the United States. Bought a brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 9 miles on it on 12/5/25. Upon driving the car within a day I realized there were flaws with the vehicle, the sunroof malfunction, the door frame being bent etc. I was initially told that a loaner car would not be available because my car was still drivable.
