called for a quote on a tuesday, estimator was at the door by friday. price came in middle of the three bids i got but the warranty was better so we went ahead. windows took about three weeks to come in which they warned us about. install day the crew was efficient, two trucks showed up and they had all seven windows out and the new ones in by late afternoon. cleaned the glass before they left too. happy with how the front of the house looks now

started looking into replacing our old windows back in spring and got quotes from a few places. AF was the only one that actually sat down and walked us through options without pushing us toward the most expensive thing. took a few weeks to get the windows in but once they arrived the install was done in two days. the lead installer kept me in the loop the whole time which i appreciated since i work from home and was worried about noise. windows look great and seal tight

first contact with AF was easy, the estimator came out when he said he would and didnt try to sell us a bunch of extras. quote was clear, no weird fees added on later. when install day came the crew was efficient and respectful of the house, kept things tidy as they worked. they finished in less time than i expected and walked me through each window before packing up. new windows look sharp and the house feels tighter already

AF replaced all the front-facing windows on our home and the difference s dramatic. The new windows have a much cleaner profile and let in way ore light than the old double-hungs did. I had looked at a few ompanies around Northbrook before going with AF and I'm glad we did. eally solid end result.
