NEVER rent any car/van from this place. I rented van for a trip about a month ago, and I was given a defective vehicle. When i was driving on the freeway the van kept drifting off to the side and I had to try my best to keep it from doing that. They put my family and my life at risk. When I called them there was no proper response from the company. Customer service said the owner would contact me, which never happened. I strongly recommend you NEVER rent any car/van from this place.

Van was waiting right at the airport terminal when we arrived even after a lengthy delay on our flight. There were cold drinks, and treats for kids (and the grandparents too) waiting in the van. Van was in decent shape, and the check in was fast and easy. Drop off was even easier back at the airport. This is the best service I've ever had from any rental company.

I was in the Los Angeles area this past weekend and needed a large vehicle for my group. I decided to go with First Choice Van Rentals. Ash was very friendly and helpful. He set up my reservation and was at the airport waiting for our group when we arrived. No long lines, no waiting. It was a seamless transaction. Words can’t express how great a service Ash provided us . From pick up to drop off. We even lost our keys to which he drove hour and a half to take care of the situation that too with a smile.
