I’m from out of town (Philadelphia) visiting family in Orlando and on my first day here I started feeling really sick. I went to First Choice Urgent Care because it was the closest option, and I’m so glad I did. Three days later I returned for a follow-up visit, and both experiences were nothing short of phenomenal. I had a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely cared for and like another Urgent Care I went to were I was rushed through. The entire team was professional, attentive, and compassionate. Cristy was the who saw me, and she was absolutely wonderful — thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. Averey assisted as well and was equally kind, efficient, and reassuring throughout the visit. Highly recommend!
