After trying to contact Mark since March 25th, 2026, and after five attempts by phone and email, there was no effort or care to resolve the peeling finish on our tub, after only 2 1/2 months of use. His website claims to provide a 4-year warranty, and that it costs under $450, all lies. We had some difficulties with our tub refinishing. At first, the reglazing looked good but the silicone edging was not done well. Thankfully, we got a quick response and someone came to redo the silicone caulking within a few weeks. Unfortunately, within only a couple of months our bath tub began to chip in a few different places.
