My family and I had a great experience attending the showroom. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and understanding to our needs. The worker who attended to complete the job, discussed what he was going to do. He was very compassionate about my needs and wants. After the job was completed, I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering refinishing bathtub and or renovations.
I saw this company had many five-star reviews, but the one star reviews with photos, really had me concerned. I phoned the company and Mark took my call. I allowed him the opportunity to explain these bad reviews. (I also work with the public and understand how unreasonable people can be).What I got from that conversation is some people void their warranty by not following the guidelines and want the company to pick up the cost of repairing.
