Dealt with Ken, who boasts 30 plus years experience in the industry. Estimated 3,000, then tells me it won’t even be 3,000. Caveat is that it is straight hourly charge, so the estimate means nothing. Bill comes in at 4200. No phone call or explanation offered, or regrets over the high discrepancy. Instead Ken got his back up over the fact that I was unhappy. The crew did an excellent work. But as I told Ken, had I know the real cost I would have at least looked for other alternatives.

I can’t say enough good things about their service. After the bad storms in July we called about several trees on our roof. They were here the next day to look at it and the following day to take it down. They brought a crane to lift it off and the chipper to clean it all up. The crew was fast, efficient and respectful. When they left the yard was almost spotless. Thank you !
